Terms and Conditions

Liability

Participants are liable for any damage caused to items, equipment, or locations belonging to Corneum.
Tip: consider taking out personal liability insurance.

Corneum and its team members are not responsible for any material, emotional, or physical harm to participants.
Indirect or consequential damages will not be compensated.

For workshops, jams or retreats, participants are required to complete a health and personal situation questionnaire beforehand.
Based on this information, Corneum may accept or decline participation, and will take individual circumstances into account where possible.

The organizers reserve the right to immediately remove from Corneum any individuals who are unsafe, engage in actions that violate general human rights, or behave in a disrespectful or unsafe manner towards themselves or others. In such cases, there will be no compensation or refund for workshops, jams, or other activities that have already been paid for.

Smoking, alcohol, narcotics, and drugs are strictly prohibited. Their use will result in expulsion from Corneum.

Conduct & Boundaries

At the start of each (multi-day) event, guidelines on conduct, consent, and confidentiality will be explained.
No names or personal information of other participants may be shared outside the training.

If agreements or boundaries are violated, or in cases of inappropriate behavior, Corneum reserves the right to deny or terminate participation without refund.

If you are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint, please follow the communication policy.

Each event has its own ethical code of conduct, which may be provided in advance by email if applicable.

Cancellation Policy (Participants)

Cancellation by participants is not possible.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, and payment obligations remain in effect.

Transfer or resale:
Corneum may, without obligation, assist in finding a replacement participant (e.g. through a waiting list or community group).
The resale price may not exceed the original ticket price.
Administrative fees may apply for name changes or participant transfers.

For multi-day events, the first day of the event counts as the reference date; after the event has started, transfer is generally no longer possible.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Corneum

If an event is cancelled by Corneum, the ticket price will be refunded in full.

If the event is rescheduled, you may either:

  • Accept the new date, or

  • Withdraw free of charge (notify us no later than 6 weeks before the new start date).

Any price differences will be settled in consultation.
Corneum team members are not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of an event.
